Installation method of screw chiller
The operating parameters of the industrial chiller refrigeration system have a significant impact on the chiller unit. The purpose of adjusting the main parameters of the refrigeration system is to control each parameter to operate under the most economical and reasonable conditions. Especially for screw chillers with high power, if the debugging work is not done well, it will directly affect the cooling effect in the later stage.
(1) Charging of refrigerant. At present, refrigeration units are generally filled with refrigerant according to regulations before leaving the factory. After on-site installation, if no unexpected damage is found during visual inspection, the relevant valves can be directly opened (the manufacturer's user manual should be read first, and the valves on the unit are usually closed during transportation) for start-up and commissioning. If it is found that the refrigerant has already leaked or is insufficient, the leakage point should be identified first and the leakage phenomenon should be eliminated. Then, according to the requirements of the chiller user manual, the specified brand of refrigerant should be added The refrigerant charging amount should meet the technical requirements.
(2) Some screw chillers require refrigerant charging at the user's site, and the charging amount and refrigerant grade must be in accordance with regulations. Insufficient refrigerant charge It will lead to insufficient cooling capacity. Excessive refrigerant charging not only increases costs, but also may have adverse effects on the energy consumption of industrial chillers.
(3) Before filling the industrial chiller with refrigerant, sufficient refrigerant should be prepared in advance. When filling, it can be directly filled from the dedicated filling valve. Due to the vacuum state of the system, there is a large pressure difference between the refrigerant in the steel cylinder and the system. When opening the valve (the air in the connecting pipe should be blown out with refrigerant first to prevent air from entering the unit and affecting its performance), the refrigerant quickly flows into the system from the steel cylinder. After filling, the filling valve should be closed first, and then the connecting pipe should be removed.
(4) Refrigeration system debugging. After refrigerant charging is completed (if refrigerant charging is required), load adjustment can be carried out. Due to the significant progress in performance and electrical control of screw chillers in recent years, many screw chillers can perform simulated action checks on the main electrical control system before formal start-up, that is, when the main unit is not powered on, the control system is powered on, and then the internal settings of the unit are used to detect whether the components are operating normally. If there are any problems with the electronic control system, they can be resolved in a timely manner.
Finally, power on the host and perform debugging.
