    Under the condition of constant power of the compressor motor, the unit operates normally. The control logic of the chiller is to set the target temperature. When the outlet temperature is lower than the set temperature, the compressor stops and the water pump continues to operate; When the outlet temperature is higher than the set temperature, the compression works for refrigeration.
    1. Operating temperature:
    If the power of the compressor motor remains constant, the lower the refrigeration temperature, the smaller the output refrigeration power, and the higher the refrigeration temperature, the relatively larger the refrigeration power. So, under the same number of compressors, the cooling power of household air conditioners is greater than that of industrial chillers, because household air conditioners use standard air conditioning conditions, calculated based on an outlet temperature of 20 degrees, while industrial chillers are different, often calculated based on an outlet temperature of 10-15 degrees. So before choosing an industrial chiller, when the manufacturer provides the model and cooling power, it is necessary to know the temperature of the outlet chilled water for corresponding reference. It must be remembered that the cooling power of the chiller is directly related to the outlet temperature... Also, different models of compressors also have certain operating temperature limits.
    2. Condensation temperature:
    The condensation temperature refers to the temperature of the refrigerant inside the condenser, while air-cooled chillers are affected by the ambient temperature, and water-cooled chillers are affected by the cooling water temperature. Under the same external condensation conditions, the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser on the chiller unit also has a significant impact. If the fins adsorb dust or debris, scaling on the shell and tube condenser walls and other factors also have a significant impact on the condensation temperature, the condensation temperature is not better at lower or higher. According to the characteristics of different refrigerants, a certain pressure difference is required between the condenser pressure and the evaporation pressure. Taking R22 refrigerant commonly used in China as an example, the outlet water temperature is 10 degrees, and the water-cooled pressure difference is 12KG/M, CM; the air-cooled 14KG/M, CM is suitable.
    3. Refrigerant model:
    Refrigerants, commonly known as refrigerants, fluorocarbons, refrigerants, etc. Different types of refrigerants have different chemical formulas, as well as varying condensation and evaporation temperatures and pressures. R22 is commonly used domestically at temperatures above -10 ° C (R22 is prohibited abroad because this model is not an environmentally friendly refrigerant)
