Open type chiller is a type of temperature controller, also known as oil heater and chiller refrigeration heater. Therefore, thermal oil, as the introduction of the mold temperature controller, is widely used to help manufacture engineering plastics and plastic products. It is controlled by computer touch and easy to operate, and is highly favored by the public.
An open type chiller is a model temperature machine that uses heat transfer oil as a heat transfer precursor. The open type chiller itself is equipped with a storage tank. During operation, the heat transfer oil enters the system from the storage tank and is pumped into the mold or other temperature controlled buildings through a circulating pump. After coming out of the temperature controlled building, the heat transfer oil returns to the system and circulates back and forth. The heat transfer oil is heated by the heater, and when the medium temperature detected by the temperature sensing probe reaches the set value, the heater stops working. When the temperature is below the set value, the heater works first, and when the temperature reaches the set value, it stops working again. Cloud like cycles come and go.
The advantages of an open type chiller:
