How to set the temperature control range of industrial chillers
Industrial chillers are commonly used refrigeration equipment in the industrial refrigeration industry, with a wide variety of types, complete models, affordable prices, and can be specially customized, with a wide range of applications. More importantly, industrial chillers have high temperature control accuracy and a wide temperature control range. So, what is the temperature control range of industrial chillers and how should the temperature be set? What is the temperature control range of industrial chillers?
1 Standard industrial chiller
This type of chiller uses conventional R22 refrigerant, which can control the temperature between 5-30 ℃. That is to say, when adjusting the temperature control range, the industrial chiller has a minimum temperature set at 5 ℃ and a maximum temperature set at 30 ℃, which is currently the most widely used temperature control range in the industry. However, some customers require control at 3 ℃, which needs to be proposed and confirmed during the production of industrial chillers.
2 Low temperature industrial chillers
Water freezes at 0 ℃, which is a common sense understood by both the elderly and children. So, can industrial chillers provide sub zero low-temperature refrigerant? The answer is certainly yes. The temperature of low-temperature industrial chillers can be set at -5 ℃, -10 ℃, and even -45 ℃.
3 ultra-low temperature industrial chillers
Industrial chillers that can provide low-temperature freezing liquids below -45 ℃ are called ultra-low temperature industrial chillers. Screw chillers are also known as cascade industrial chillers because they use binary or ternary cascade refrigeration systems. It can be seen that the temperature control range of industrial chillers is really wide.
Due to many customers using industrial chillers for the first time, they are not very familiar with the operating methods. In fact, the temperature setting of industrial chillers is very simple: each industrial chiller has a control panel with a bilingual display in Chinese and English. When you need to set the temperature, simply press the set button, and then press the up and down buttons to set the temperature. However, different types of industrial chillers use different control panels, so please refer to the manual directly for temperature setting of industrial chillers.
