Installation method and usage skills of air cooler
During the installation process of the air cooler, when unpacking, check whether the equipment and packaging materials are damaged, as any damage may affect the operating effect.
Installation of chiller
When installing the air cooler, please refer to the installation dimension diagram.
3. Users should use appropriate equipment to lift the purchased product to the appropriate position based on its weight.
4. The air cooler can be fixed with bolts and nuts. Generally speaking, a single M8 steel bolt and nut can withstand a weight of up to 110kg, while an M10 can withstand a weight of up to 270kg. However, the installer still has the responsibility to ensure the safe and professional installation of the evaporator in the designated location.
5. Use bolts to fix the evaporator UA between the top plate and the ceiling, leaving enough space for cleaning, in order to comply with HACCP and/or semi food safety standards.
6. The installed ceiling mounted air cooler should be kept level.
7. The installation of the air cooler should be appropriate and positioned appropriately to ensure that the condensed water can be effectively discharged from the air cooler. The support must have sufficient capacity to withstand the weight of the air cooler itself, the weight of the refrigerant injected, and the weight of frost on the surface of the coil. If possible, it is recommended to use lifting equipment for hoisting.
8. Please confirm that the installation of the drainage pipe complies with HACCP and corresponding safety regulations for food. The material can be selected from copper, stainless steel, or PPR pipes, depending on the customer. For low-temperature application conditions, insulation and heating wires should be provided to prevent the drainage pipes from freezing. Recommend installing drainage pipes correctly with a slope of 1:30. The size of the drainage pipe should not be smaller than the drainage outlet of the cooling fan's water tray. All condensate drainage pipes must be installed with U-bends to prevent external air and odors from entering the cold storage. It is absolutely forbidden to directly connect them to the sewage system. All U-bends are placed in a warm environment to prevent icing. It is recommended that the length of the drainage pipe in the cold storage be as short as possible.
9. The air outlet of the air cooler should avoid the crossbeam and column, and maintain a certain distance to prevent affecting the range of the air cooler.
To ensure good cooling effect of the air cooler, the thermal expansion valve should be installed as close as possible to the liquid separator.
11. Place the temperature sensing bulb of the thermal expansion valve at a 45 ° horizontal position on the upper side of the suction pipe, and at a position relatively close to the suction manifold (preferably 15mm to 50mm from the outlet of the air cooler). In order to achieve good operating results, it is necessary to ensure good operating performance between the temperature sensing bulb and the suction pipe, and to ensure good thermal contact between the temperature sensing bulb and the suction pipe. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for the placement of thermal expansion valves and temperature sensors. Incorrect installation can lead to poor cooling performance.
12. The outer balance pipe is used to connect the outer balance port of the thermal expansion valve to the top of the horizontal suction pipe near the suction manifold. The 1/4 inch steel pipe connected to the suction pipe is called the outer balance pipe.
