Common faults of low-temperature chiller condenser
During the operation of a low-temperature chiller, changes in temperature can cause changes in condensation pressure. Especially in summer, the high condensation pressure of low-temperature chillers can lead to a continuous increase in compressor power consumption, resulting in a gradual decrease in cooling capacity and directly deteriorating the circulation of low-temperature chillers. It is necessary to appropriately reduce the condensation pressure.
So, the condensation pressure of the low-temperature chiller is too low, the power supply to the throttle valve is insufficient, and the liquid pipe is constantly affected by heating elements, which will reduce the capacity of the throttle valve. Therefore, it is necessary to control the condensation pressure of the low-temperature chiller. So, it is imperative to control the condensation pressure year-round. By adjusting the heat exchange capacity of the condenser, the pressure of the condenser can be controlled.
When the heat transfer of the condenser increases, the gas discharged from the compressor (vortex/piston) is fully condensed, and the condensation pressure gradually decreases; Weakening the heat transfer performance of the condenser leads to a continuous increase in condensation pressure. The condenser of a low-temperature chiller can regulate the flow rate of cooling water and control the condensation pressure. Install a regulating valve on the outlet pipe of the condenser cooling water. There are two forms of water volume regulating valves: one is a temperature type water volume regulating valve that directly sends the temperature at the outlet of the condenser cooling water.
It has a temperature sensor that is inserted into the condensate outlet. When the water temperature rises, the valve opens wider; When the water temperature drops, the valve closes. Another type is a pressure type water regulating valve that uses condensation pressure to directly send a pressure signal from the condenser. When the condensation pressure gradually increases, the valve opens wider; When the condensing pressure drops, close the valve and then change the cooling water flow rate of the condenser.
