Oklon Refrigeration shares daily maintenance operations for industrial chillers
In the production process, industrial chillers must ensure that the air conditioning unit can operate normally after starting. It is necessary to ensure that the condenser has good heat dissipation, otherwise the high-pressure protection device of the chiller unit may stop due to high condensation temperature and corresponding condensation pressure, and even cause malfunction. The cold water in the evaporator should circulate, otherwise it may cause the cold water temperature protection device to stop due to low temperature, or the low-pressure protection device of the industrial chiller to stop due to low evaporation temperature and corresponding evaporation pressure, and even cause the cold water in the evaporator to freeze and damage the equipment.
To ensure the good performance of the unit, please keep the chiller unit in a good working environment. It is necessary to have good ventilation around and maintain a normal temperature environment.
2. First turn off the compressor, then turn off the cooling fan.
3. Every 6 months or when the performance of the refrigeration unit decreases, please clean the condenser and check that the operating valves are in normal condition.
4. The optimal working pressure of the condenser should be lower than 1.5 MPa. Regular inspection and cleaning of the condenser can maintain optimal performance of the machine.
5. For air-cooled machines, please ensure good ventilation and regularly maintain the condenser.
If not used for a long time, sometimes the impeller of the water pump may be blocked by sediment, so before using the machine, manually rotate the water pump cooling fan.
During the operation of the unit, it is necessary to timely and correctly record the parameters.
8. It is strictly prohibited to short-circuit the water flow switch during the operation of the unit to avoid freezing the water pipe.
9. The computer room should be equipped with corresponding safety equipment and maintenance and testing tools, such as pressure gauges, thermometers, etc., and the tools should be stored in a fixed location.
10. After the unit is shut down, do not turn off the main power supply
11. If the unit is in a long-term shutdown state, all accumulated water in the wind section of the cold water system should be drained to prevent rust. The end cover of the water chamber should be tightly sealed.
When the unit is shut down for a long time, maintenance work should be done well.
13. It is recommended to replace the lubricating oil every four years or when the oil quality deteriorates, impurities and moisture in the oil increase.
14. Clean the condenser at least once a year. It is recommended to clean it once a year before use and once during the hottest summer days.
If there is an alarm shutdown during the operation of the unit, relevant personnel should be notified in a timely manner to inspect the unit. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the manufacturer should be contacted immediately and professional technical personnel should handle it.
