Three major troubleshooting methods and solutions for chillers
The full name of a chiller is a cooling water circulation machine, also known as a refrigeration machine, cooling machine, freezer, chiller unit, ice water machine, small chiller, industrial chiller, refrigeration unit, low-temperature chiller, laser chiller. Due to its widespread use in various industries, there are countless aliases depending on the industry. For the well-known laser chiller in the cooling cycle water, below, let me explain to you the troubleshooting method for the high and low voltage switch power supply of the chiller water pump.
1、 Reason for water pump malfunction:
1. The overload protector on the AC contactor of the water pump is activated;
2. The water pump capacitor is burnt out;
3. Problems with the water pump itself; If the coil burns out and the bearing dies.
Exclusion method:
1. Simply press the RESET button in the overcurrent protector.
2. Replace the capacitor.
3. When replacing the water pump, pay attention to the direction of rotation of the water pump.
2、 Reason for high and low voltage switch malfunction:
1. Filter blockage;
2. Low pressure alarm caused by insufficient refrigerant in the system;
3. Circulating cooling water stops working, causing a high pressure alarm;
4. The cooling fan of the heat exchanger stops working, causing a high pressure alarm.
Exclusion method:
1. Clean the filter or replace it with an equivalent model of filter.
2. Add refrigerant to the system.
3. Check if the cooling water circulating water pump is working properly and repair or replace it
4. Check if the heat exchanger cooling fan is working properly and repair or replace it.
be careful:
1. To eliminate the above faults, pay attention to checking whether the power connection line is disconnected.
2. When the machine malfunctions, it should be repaired by professional personnel. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine when it malfunctions.
3、 Reason for power failure:
1. Mains power disconnection, phase loss, instability,
2. Check if the phase sequence protector is burnt out;
3. The fuse is burnt out;
Exclusion method:
1. Check if the mains power is normal, and work again after the mains power is normal.
2. Replace the phase sequence protector.
3. Replace the fuse.
During the operation of each product, there may be some minor issues to varying degrees. If these minor issues are not addressed in a timely manner, they may escalate into major problems in the future. It is even more important to require homework operators to promptly address minor issues when they are discovered. Here are three points, hoping to provide everyone with good help. We will continue to share again next time.
The purpose of temperature control. The installation of chillers saves a lot of money.
